In our workshops in Helsingborg and Gadstrup, we build a variety of products, including linear units, aluminium frame structures, and our latest addition, timing belt conveyors. A large machine park with multiple lathes and milling machines, allows us to easily modify products if necessary.
By machining the end blocks of the Linear unit RHL, Rollco solved a customer's problem with dirt accumulation that risked contaminating the inside of the linear unit. This is an example of how small modifications can optimize a product and thereby increase both its lifespan and performance.
When Rollco's introduces its timing belt conveyor, it is after a thorough work process. A lot of time has been spent on both preparatory studies and needs analysis, as well as subsequent safety and performance tests. Now they are ready to present a product that they are very proud of.
Linear unit QME is a complete and compact linear unit consisting of a linear table with ball bearings on hardened shafts and a driving ball screw or leadscrew. It is available in three sizes and with a variety of options. Here, we show three different variants.
Creating large systems with synchronized timing belts has never been easier, thanks to our new CAD configurator for timing belt conveyors. Timing belt conveyors with multi-axis systems are common in, for example material handling, mechanical engineering, wood and sawmill industries and automated warehouse management.

Everything you do is visualized directly on the screen. Even the performance data is continuously updated.
